The 24 hour carpark at St Stephen’s Green SC/Royal College of Surgeons now appears to charge parking at the rate of 90c per 15 minutes. This is an effective 3.60E charge per hour.
I’m not amused. I don’t remember it being quite that expensive…

Although if it’s counted in 15 minute blocks from time zero, it could be cheaper for many shorter stays (30mins, 75mins, etc) as you wouldn’t have to pay up to the next hour.
I was there for about 47 minutes. I got stung for 3.60 when previously I’d have been stung for 2.70. I am not amused. At all.
I wonder what the hourly charge in Brown Thomas is at the moment.
