So to progress…

Crochet post. Ignore if not interested :-)

So I started this Lacy top cardigan by Doris Chan ages ago and managed to get the foundation row done and no more until during the week when I thought I had 4 rows done but discovered I had 2 rows done wrong and had to rip back and start back from row 3 onwards. Today, being somewhat fragile from a couple of late nights and being generally run down anyway, I got the rip back done and rectified and have now finished row 7.

I have no idea how this is going to turn out. I’m doing it in this grape colour because I like it but the thread seems sort of light. It’ll be interesting to see how it shapes up.

It’s important how it shapes up because someone has asked me to make one for her. So there’s pressure a) to finish this one and b) start and finish a second one. Thank God this isn’t knitting.
