No, seriously.
Mr Kenny said: ‘Fine Gael is united and focused on the major challenge facing the party and the country.
‘That challenge is to replace this disastrous Government with a better alternative that will get our people back to work and our country back on track.
Dude, you have no idea. The challenge is not to replace the government – we have elections for that purpose. No, the issue is to create some sort of vision that people can buy into.
And pay off the Anglo related debts. Enda Boy, I don’t think you have it.
Fine Gael. Clueless. Who the hell am I supposed to vote for next time round? Is Eamon Gilmore going to continue walking the fine line that is not being Fianna Fail and not saying dumb nonsense like Enda Kenny?

You’ve pointed out a real problem. We are running out of options. The people in their wisdom have indicated that they do not want Enda as Taoiseach. They don’t want Brian either. A majority favours Eamon. The only way that is going to happen is through a Lab/FF coalition!
Alternatively, remember Conor Cruise O’Brien’s suggestion: merge FF and FG and call them Sinn Fein The Capitalists Party.
Niall I am inclined to wonder how many options we ever had.
Who in their right mind would get into politics given the print media we have in this country? And the competition to RTE on the television said makes RTE look terrific and the radio set up is erratic at best.
I wouldn’t want to be involved. I think default position is no one sensible would want to get involved in politics so our options are a tad limited.
