- Kitchen that post dates 1986
- Bathroom that post dates 1979
- No major structural work required
- C BER if at all possible
- Location within M50, preferably closer to the coast than the outer ring.
- If it has a gasfire, something that looks like a fire rather than an industrial heating
- Painted walls rather than wall paper
- Semi detached (do not want to bring bins/garden stuff through house)
- Living room must be able to accommodate a grand piano (if buying – if renting that bit doesn’t matter).
- No management fee.
- Burglar alarm.
- Regular and frequent public transport options within 10 minute walk.
